		<description>I do not provide Executive core qualification samples since many can be identified, even with &quot;fictionalization&quot; since many of the folks I write for have distinctive careers. You can find examples on the OPM site.

Note, since you are unique in what you do - copying someone elses ECQs probably will not work for you. Each person has unique accomplishments which need to be highlighted in them. How you classify your achievements to meet the 28 core compentencies is an art - and if you are having an issue with them, you may want to seek help of a professional.</description>
