The application process for Federal jobs is going to change substantially in the next few months. Per an order today 5/11/2010, the government plans to significantly streamline how you can apply for jobs by eliminating the KSAs and allow freely formatted resumes for the “initial” application. I think the key word is initial and KSAs and other essays will be required for those initially selected as qualified for a job.
